The Brazilian automotive market closed November 2025 with 226,705 vehicles registered, according to figures released by consulting firm K.Lume, of which 182,078 are passenger cars and 44,627 are light commercial vehicles, highlighting Volkswagen, which placed three models among the five best-selling of the month.
The total volume confirms a month of strong movement in the automotive retail sector, with passenger cars accounting for the majority of sales. The data reinforces the intense competition among traditional brands, in a scenario of still high demand for compact models and urban SUVs.
Among the five best-selling cars of the month, three belong to Volkswagen, consolidating the brand as the main presence in the monthly ranking. The result stands out for distributing good volumes across different segments, from hatchbacks to compact SUVs.

Volkswagen Registers Three Models In The National Top 5

The model ranked just behind the Fiat Strada, which led the overall ranking with 13,019 units sold.

Closing the trio from the German brand, the Volkswagen T-Cross occupied the fifth position, with 9,016 units sold. The compact SUV remains one of Volkswagen’s main products in the Brazilian market, reinforcing the brand’s strength among sports utility vehicles.
Ranking Highlights Concentration Of Sales In A Few Models
In addition to the three Volkswagen models, the Chevrolet Onix held the third position, with 9,524 units registered, maintaining relevance among compact hatchbacks. The overall leadership remained with the Fiat Strada, which continues to dominate the light commercial segment.
The figures show that five models concentrated a significant share of passenger car registrations in the month. Volkswagen’s performance, with three representatives at the top, indicates a well-distributed strategy across distinct categories.
Additionally, the month also recorded 44,627 registrations of light commercial vehicles, expanding the total volume and reinforcing the importance of this segment for the overall result of the Brazilian automotive market in November 2025.
