VWC is a service provider specializing in integrated solutions based on the Full Service Supply concept, offering INLOCO Calibration services for various magnitudes with RBC seal accredited by INMETRO or traceable; RBC accredited for Pressure up to 75,000 Psi; NR13 Inspection Engineering and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT); Testing of Safety and Relief Valves with RBLE seal and Valve Maintenance Workshop under the National Board VR seal; Homogeneity testing in Furnaces, autoclaves, and others; Maintenance of Control, Block, and other Valves; Maintenance of Precision Scales certified by IPEM. Team operating in shipments for OFFSHORE work. Teams for Removals, Installations, commissioning, and Startup; Management of the instrument park, control of Periodicities with state-of-the-art Software with remote access by the client; Emergency Response in Shutdowns; Industrial Painting in Tanks and others; Trade of Instruments, replacement and substitution of various damaged or condemned ones in the field.

Instrumentation Technician

Requirements

  • Technical training in mechanical, electronic, mechatronics, and related areas with active CFT
  • Knowledge in calibration and adjustment of measuring and control instruments for metrology and processes (pressure gauges, thermometers, thermocouples, resistance thermometers, pressure transmitters, level, temperature and flow instruments, dimensional, analytical instruments, among others)
  • Experience in routines of accredited laboratory by CGCRE/INMETRO (document control, filling out forms, issuing certificates/reports, audits, etc.)
  • Full availability for travel and work on weekends
  • Driver’s license
  • Reside in the ABC region of São Paulo

Equipment Inspector

Requirements

  • SNQC/SNT qualification in NDT – ME and LP
  • Experience in inspection of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, pipelines, boilers, and other equipment according to NR13
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing inspection reports, making dimensional sketches in AutoCAD, interpreting technical drawings, isometric diagrams, technical standards, and legal requirements related to NR13
  • Knowledge in metallurgy, welding, and metrology
  • Full availability for travel and work on weekends
  • Driver’s license
  • Reside in the ABC region of São Paulo
