Finance Internship
In this position, the intern will be responsible for supporting payment management activities. They will assist in transactions in our main financial control systems as well as facilitate the process of issuing invoices and tracking purchase orders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in payment control and data tabulation.
- Assist in analyzing data related to payment processes.
- Assist with requests through the Oracle and SAP payment systems.
- Track approvals of requests/workflows.
- Assist with PO balances.
- Assist in filing payment process data to facilitate information backup and possible audits.
- Assist in issuing and editing reports and developing presentations.
- Administrative and operational support to executive assistants.
Requirements: Enrolled in Technology; Graduation expected from Dec/2021.

Human Resources Internship
Responsibilities:
Support Human Resources Managers in all Recruitment and Selection processes, Training, Development, Talent Engagement, Performance Management, and Compensation and Benefits.
Understand the events occurring during the employee lifecycle and convert demands into actions processed in our Human Resources System, applying specific policies and legislations of each country in the region. Actively collaborate on projects related to Inclusion and Diversity.
Requirements: Studying Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields with an interest in Human Management areas; Advanced English; advanced knowledge of Power Point and Excel (pivot tables and graphs).
