More Than 7 Million People Have Been Impacted by Microsoft’s Training and Reskilling Programs
These initiatives are part of Microsoft Mais Brasil, a plan launched in October 2020 that aims to enhance Microsoft’s long-term commitment to the country. Among its initiatives is the promotion of free training so that the Brazilian population is prepared to meet the demands of the current and future job market. In total, since July 2020, more than 7 million people have been impacted by Microsoft’s training and reskilling programs, and over 1.5 million people have completed at least one course. The Mais Brasil initiative also seeks to enable the digital economy through technology and promote sustainable growth with social impact.
