The position of Administrative Analyst and Account Management involves coordinating financial and administrative flows related to affiliates and advertisers, controlling contracts and documents, as well as supporting the human resources and compliance areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial processes with affiliates and advertisers;
- Monitor billing, collections, and payments;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures;
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees;
- Manage contracts with clients, partners, and affiliates;
- Update administrative, legal, and HR documents.
Required Requirements for the Position
The hybrid or remote job requires complete higher education in areas such as Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Previous experience in administrative, financial, or operational routines is also necessary.
Mandatory Requirements
- Intermediate or advanced Excel;
- Familiarity with ERP systems, SaaS, or administrative software;
- Experience with digital marketing or affiliate programs;
- Advanced English (spoken and written);
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish (written);
- Good communication, organization, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Desirable Differentials
- Experience with affiliate platforms, such as Awin, Rakuten, Tradedoubler, or Afilio;
- Experience with publishers or in related areas in the digital sector.
