The company has more than 13,000 employees across Brazil. It has 15 production units, 12 breweries, 2 microbreweries, and 1 concentrate factory. Additionally, they have 30 distribution centers spread from north to south of the country. Since 2017, they have grown and become the 2nd largest beer producer in the country and the largest sales market for Heineken in the world.
Heineken Leadership Experiences Program 2020
The program lasts for 1 year, during which the candidate will experience various areas of the company through job rotation. Heineken will provide substantial learning and technical development for you to resolve a project alongside a mentor from the company.

Stages:
Stage 1: September – Applications made via chatbot;
Stage 2: August and September – English level assessment, which can be basic, intermediate, or advanced;
Stage 3: August to September – This will be the cultural fit test;
Stage 4: September to October – The company will present the candidate with a day-to-day situation to resolve;
Stage 5: October – The candidate will connect with the company to see how they work in a group;
Stage 6: November – Participation in a 2-day bootcamp, covering business-related topics and skills;
Stage 7: November – Interview with the recruitment team;
