Americanas S.A Has a New Selection Process Open That Offers Hundreds of Job Vacancies. The Vacancies Are Exclusively for Candidates Without Experience Focused on the Position of Store Operator.

Americanas S.A, the result of the merger between Americanas stores and B2W, has an open selection process that offers more than 900 job vacancies across the country. The vacancies focused on candidates without experience are for the position of Store Operator for candidates from all over Brazil with hiring according to the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), which regulates labor relations, both urban and rural.

Requirements to Participate in Americanas’ Selection Process

This is a talent pipeline position, and through it, the company will capture and select profiles for its future opportunities. By applying for these positions without experience, Americanas will have the opportunity to get to know the candidates better.

For the job vacancies without experience, the company requires a complete high school education and an age of over 18 years. Those hired for the job vacancies will interact with customers, operate the cash register, price products, organize stock, receive goods, restock products in the store, organize items on shelves, and make product deliveries close to the store.
