Dutch company intends to take advantage of the heating up of the Brazilian market with the launch of thousands of job vacancies until the end of 2022

One of the world leaders in recruiting and selecting candidates for positions in the best companies in the global market, Dutch company Randstad, has good projections for the Brazilian job market for the coming months.

The company foresees a strong heating up of the national economy, with the resumption of activities in an uninterrupted way.

In this way, it began an intensive hiring campaign to fill job vacancies throughout Brazil and intends to end the year 2022 with more than 6 hires in national industry and commerce.

This represents a 25% increase in its job offer compared to 2021, demonstrating the strong growth of the Brazilian economy in just one year of intensive trade opening.

The main factor that will lead to growth in national job vacancies is the resumption of consumer confidence in companies.

Furthermore, a survey carried out by the Ipsos Institute showed that there are good expectations for the coming months regarding the growth of the national economy.

The main factors for this are: the World Cup, at the end of November, the increase in optimism with Black Friday, also at the end of November, and the end of year festivities.

“This year, the expectation is even greater with the World Cup in a different period than usual and with Black Friday, Christmas and New Year's Eve after two years of the pandemic. We have already been very sought after for these hires and our expectations are high for the whole country”, highlighted the Regional Manager of Randstad Brasil.

Retail will be the sector most benefited from the growth of the economy and job openings in the domestic market in 2022, points out Randstad

The format for contracting temporary job vacancies in Brazil has been growing more and more in recent years, especially in the national commercial retail sector.

A study carried out by Randstad shows that the company recorded a 40% increase in this hiring format in 2021 compared to the previous year.

In addition, she pointed out that, of these job vacancies, around 60% of the candidates end up being hired by the companies at the end of the temporary hiring period.

Thus, temporary work grows every year and brings numerous benefits to companies and professionals, with agility and flexibility that meets the needs of both.

This is still a hiring method that moves the national economy and allows more people without experience to have access to job vacancies to enter the national job market.

Randstad's recruitment and selection campaign focused on temporary workers has already started and has vacancies for all regions of Brazil. you can click here to be directed to the application page for vacancies available in the company!
