Azul Linhas Aéreas Announces Its Selection Process with Internship Opportunities in SP and BH
Azul Airlines is open for applications for its internship program, aiming to attract a new batch of young students interested in a journey of knowledge and learning. The internship positions are intended for young talents, offering 40 internship spots with salaries of up to R$ 1,500.

The first stage of Azul’s internship program will involve applying for the positions, cultural profile testing, and tests in Portuguese, English, and English, with the English language assessment used by Azul to guide the candidate’s best professional path within the company.
In the second stage, those selected for the internship positions will participate in an online group dynamic. The third stage will involve individual interviews with the Talent Acquisition team, and the fourth and final stage, which will be in-person and the only one in the entire process, will consist of a panel with Azul’s directors and vice presidents.

Azul’s Internship Program Has Opportunities in Various Areas of the Company
Azul’s internship program lasts for 12 months, with the possibility of an extension for another year. There are positions available for various administrative areas at Azul, and the opportunities may be filled in Barueri and Campinas (SP) and Belo Horizonte.
To apply for the internship positions at Azul, students must be enrolled in a higher education course and, crucially, align with Azul’s values and culture.
