A New Exam Banco do Brasil Will Be Released Soon. More Than 7,000 Vacancies in the BB Exam Have Been Confirmed for Different Positions and Different Levels of Education.
On Saturday (31), Banco do Brasil (BB) presented a comprehensive proposal with excellent indicators to hold a new public exam. With the publication of a new Banco do Brasil exam scheduled to take place by December, as anticipated last week, new job openings for entry into the institution should arise soon.
Process of Creation of Vacancies in the Banco do Brasil Exam
On Saturday, August 31, according to a statement released by the Bankers’ Union, it was announced that, in the last round of negotiations for the new Collective Labor Agreement, the new profit and results-sharing program was discussed, as well as the creation of 7,200 vacancies in new careers in the BB exam. The proposal was discussed this Wednesday by the Bankers’ Union.

The trend is that the changes will not impact the new selection for the position of clerk, which may vary by areas of expertise. However, the offer of vacancies in the BB exam will still be confirmed.
Although the last Banco do Brasil exam was recent, held in 2022 for the commercial agent area, all approved candidates have already been called, including those indicated on the reserve personnel list.
What Are the Functions of a Clerk?
For technology agents, the list of approved candidates still includes 1,039 candidates who may be called.
To compete, it is necessary to have only a high school diploma, with an initial salary of R$ 5,436.03, including a basic salary of R$ 3,622.23, food assistance of R$ 1,014.42, and a food basket of R$ 799.38, with a working week of 30 hours. The BB exam already has an organizing bank defined, which will be Fundação Cesgranrio.
It is worth mentioning that the clerk is responsible for providing guidance to clients about products and services offered by the BB Conglomerate, conducting document analysis and verification, including signatures, when having a graphoscopy course, preparing and processing documents, preparing correspondence, and updating records.
They are also responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of information of interest to the BB Conglomerate, promptness and courtesy in customer service, maintaining and organizing files under their care, executing standardized bureaucratic tasks, and carrying out financial applications for clients, according to established norms.

The last BB exam, in 2022, was for filling 6,000 vacancies, of which 4,000 were immediate and 2,000 for reserve lists, and was organized by Fundação Cesgranrio. The opportunities were distributed in 3,000 vacancies for commercial agents and 3,000 for information technology (IT) agents.

For the commercial agent area, the objective test consisted of 70 questions, as follows: basic knowledge with 25 questions and specific knowledge with 45 questions.
