Job Responsibilities
The selected professional will be responsible for various industrial maintenance activities, including:
Conducting routine inspections to evaluate the functioning of mechanical equipment and report any irregularities.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring the proper functioning of machines and minimizing operational failures.
Training and guiding auxiliary mechanics and apprentices, imparting technical knowledge and ensuring the correct execution of procedures.
Carrying out lubrication, adjustments, and calibrations on mechanical and pneumatic equipment to extend the lifespan of components.
Recording information about repairs made in the SAP system, maintaining a detailed history of interventions performed.
Interpreting drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications, using manuals and manufacturer catalogs to solve mechanical problems.
Suggesting improvements to increase equipment performance and implementing countermeasures to prevent recurring failures.
Maintaining a clean work environment, ensuring the preservation of tools and equipment.
Accurately completing technical documentation, ensuring clear and transparent records of maintenance performed.
Working as a team to optimize processes and ensure operational safety.
Job Requirements

Technical training in Mechanics;
Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings;
Knowledge in assembling and installing machines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems;
Availability to work in shifts and schedules;
Proficiency in industrial maintenance systems, preferably SAP;
Ability to diagnose problems and suggest effective solutions;
Basic knowledge of workplace safety applied to industrial maintenance.
