The selection process consists of an online dynamics, a panel with managers, and individual interviews. The program is scheduled to start on May 18.

- Availability to reside in Rio de Janeiro or other states during the program
- Proficiency in the Office suite
- Availability for business travel
- Professionals can come from any higher education course and must have graduated up to two years ago or are expected to graduate by July 2020.
