According to the head of talent acquisition at Solutis, Dani Veiga, around 80% of current job vacancies for Information Technology are aimed at full and senior developers specialized, mainly, in technologies such as .NET, Java, Mobile iOS, QA , Android and FrontEnd.
With salaries that can reach R$ 14 thousand, most of the opportunities are for the Home Office modality. According to the CEO of Solutis, Paulo Marcelo, some projects require a professional present, but it is a very small number.
The executive points out that, even before the pandemic, Solutis was already carrying out its activities on a large scale in the form of a Home Office. This profile gained strength, especially because customers also realized that the modality does not compromise deliveries and can even improve them, while resulting in better quality of life for employees.
