The competition aims to fill vacancies for the Municipal Guard position, requiring a high school education and an age range between 18 and 35 years. The starting salary is R$ 1,302.00, plus a Risk Gratification of 100%.
To compete, candidates must meet the following conditions: be a Brazilian citizen, either by birth or naturalization; have completed high school; be at least 18 years old and at most 35 years old; have a minimum height of 1.65m (men) and 1.55m (women); and possess a National Driver’s License (Category B).
Stages and Criteria of the Competition
According to the notice, the testing phases of the João Pessoa Guard Competition include:
- Objective Test: eliminatory and classificatory;
- Physical Aptitude Test: eliminatory;
- Health Assessment: eliminatory;
- Psychological Evaluation: eliminatory;
- Social Investigation: eliminatory;
- Training Course: eliminatory.
Candidates will be disqualified in the objective test and eliminated from the competition if they either score below 50% of the total points in the objective test; or score 50% or higher, but do not answer at least one question correctly in each subject; or are classified outside the number of calls stipulated for the next phase of the competition.
