According to the text, the Governance Committee will be responsible for formatting the contest, which may establish operational technical groups to assist and support the work, as well as the Advisory and Deliberative Committee, which will serve as the organizing committee.
Organization of the Unified Contest
The Unified National Contest is still in the organization phase. With the confirmation of the 21 agencies that decided to adhere to the new selection format, the next step is the formation of the Governance Committee, which will establish deadlines and guidelines for the contest’s proceedings. This group is responsible for implementing the Unified National Contest effectively.
Together with the Committee, the Advisory and Deliberative Committee will be developed, which will directly operate with the application of the CNU. This committee will be responsible for producing notices, exams, and other practical plans for the selection. Both groups must consist of servers from the following public entities:
- National School of Public Administration Foundation (Enap);
- Attorney General’s Office of the Union (AGU);
- Institute for Applied Economic Research (Ipea);
- Secretariat for Social Communication of the Presidency of the Republic;
- National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep);
- Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI).
Dates and Timeline of the Unified National Contest
According to the schedule published by MGI, the expectation is that the organization steps will be completed within two months, aiming to launch the Unified National Contest notice in December. The deadline established by the ministry for the document’s release is December 20. To make this possible, the organizing committee must be hired by November 22, according to the planned schedule.
The expectation is that up to eight notices will be published, considering the thematic blocks in which the agencies will be divided according to the areas of action of the offered positions. This way, it will be easier to separate the content that will be tested on candidates during the exam.
By December 20, the opening notice will be published, with the exams being conducted by March. In April 2024, the overall results will be announced, in July the start of the training courses and by August 2024, the calling of new servers.
