Unified National Competition opens more than 6.600 vacancies for secondary and higher education levels; notice scheduled for December. Check out all the details, registration and fees.
News about the unified national competition: The National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) confirmed, belatedly, that it will participate in the Enem of Jobs. Adhesion was made weeks after the deadline, however, it was still accepted by the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI).

O inep will offer 50 immediate vacancies for Researcher-Technologist, increasing the offer of the Unified National Competition from 6.590 to 6.649 vacancies in total. With this membership, the CNU has 21 executive bodies with thousands of vacancies for mid- and higher-level professionals.
Its regulations were published in an extra edition of the DOU on October 4th, the MGI published Ordinance No. 6.017 containing all the rules for carrying out the CNU. The text tells, right from the beginning, the objectives of the new joint public selection format. Furthermore, the regulations determine the deadline for hiring an organizing panel. The company must be chosen by November 22nd.

This is because the expectation is that the notice for the Unified Competition will be published later this year, by December 20th. In this way, the first edition is getting closer and closer to being released. The ordinance defines details about the organization of Enem dos Empregos.
According to the text, the Governance Committee, which may establish operational technical groups to advise and support the work, and the Consultative and Deliberative Committee, which will serve as the organizing committee, will be responsible for formatting the competition.
Organization of the Unified Competition
The Unified National Competition is still in the organization phase. With the confirmation of the 21 bodies that decided to adhere to the new selection format, the next step is the formation of the Governance Committee, which will establish the deadlines and guidelines for the competition's procedures. This group is responsible for implementing the Unified National Competition effectively.
Together with the Commission, the Consultative and Deliberative Committee will be developed, which will work directly with the application of the CNU. This will be responsible for producing notices, tests and other practical selection plans. Both groups must be composed of employees from the following public entities:
- National School of Public Administration Foundation (Enap);
- Federal Attorney General's Office (AGU);
- Institute of Applied Economic Research (Ipea);
- Social Communication Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic;
- National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep);
- Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI).
Unified National Competition dates and schedule
According to the schedule released by MGI, the expectation is that the organization stages will be completed in two months, with the aim of launching the Unified National Competition notice in December. The deadline established by the department for releasing the document is 20/12. For this to be possible, the organizing committee must be hired by November 22, according to the scheduled schedule.
The expectation is that up to eight notices will be published, taking into account the thematic blocks into which the bodies will be divided according to the areas of activity of the positions offered. This way, it will be easier to separate the content that will be charged to candidates during the test.
By December 20th, the opening notice will be published, with the tests taking place until March. In April 2024, the general results will be announced, in July the start of courses training process and by August 2024 the call for new employees.
