The Heineken Group, in partnership with the education platform DIO, launched the “Coding the Future Heineken – Applied Artificial Intelligence to Data” program, which provides 10,000 scholarships for a free online course (EAD). With a complete series that combines theory and practice, the course is aimed at professionals starting their careers who wish to enter the technology and data job market.
The initiative seeks to train talents to tackle the challenges of a dynamic and data-driven market, as highlighted by Fábio Criniti, director of Data & Analytics at Heineken Group: “Technology and education are powerful tools to transform careers and empower professionals.”
Practical Training and Comprehensive Content
The program offers educational tracks that cover everything from the fundamentals of relational databases to the creation of dynamic dashboards using artificial intelligence tools. During the free online course (EAD), participants will face practical challenges that simulate real scenarios, such as data modeling for e-commerce and the implementation of intelligent ETL processes.

Enrollments and Program Benefits
Enrollments for the free online course (EAD) can be made through the DIO website (access here) until February 23rd. In addition to the classes taught by specialists, participants will have access to live mentoring, where they can interact with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into data modeling, SQL query optimization, and dashboard creation.
At the end of the free online course (EAD), the projects completed can be added to the participants’ portfolios, increasing their hiring chances through the Talent Match platform, which connects talents with partner companies of DIO.
