The initiative is promoted by Fundhas (Hélio Augusto de Souza Foundation), through Cephas (Hélio Augusto de Souza Professional Education School), and targets residents of the city who wish to enhance their skills and prepare for the job market.

The free online professional qualification courses (EAD) cover areas with high demand in the market and are distributed as follows:

- Foreign Trade Services Assistant: 500 spots
- Supermarket Operator: 500 spots
