Delphi: Growth and Inclusion in the Automotive Market
Delphi, part of the PHINIA group, ended the year with significant advances, reaffirming its leadership role in fuel systems and electrical products. This brand, recognized for its excellence in products and services, expanded its product line and adopted inclusive initiatives, such as the first training for the deaf at Automec. Additionally, it opened an advanced training center, marking an important step in its global expansion and commitment to innovation and social inclusion.
New Products and Inclusive Training
Delphi stood out with the launch of a new line of suspension and steering components for premium vehicles, offering high corrosion resistance and meeting specific demands of the automotive industry. During Automec, the company innovated by conducting an exclusive training in Brazilian Sign Language, in partnership with the NGO “Caminhoneiros Surdos do Brasil (CSB),” training over 50 professionals on hybrid engines and Euro 6 technologies. This effort was recognized with the Innovation Award by Delphi’s global headquarters, valuing the company’s pioneering and inclusive approach.
PHINIA Expansion and Sustainability
PHINIA, the new global organization of the group, focuses on efficient solutions for the automotive industry and aftermarket, emphasizing decarbonization and energy efficiency. Delphi maintained its leadership in the heavy vehicle aftermarket segment, intensifying the offer of remanufactured diesel injectors, aligning quality and environmental sustainability. The new Training Center in Piracicaba, SP, is an example of the brand’s investment, promoting training and innovation.
