DOF Subsea is looking for candidates without experience for the Crew Department, a role to be performed in its office in Botafogo/RJ.

Activities

Assist the Crew Analysts/Coordinators;
Help with activity entries in the company systems; including sending Timesheets and Work Hours;
Perform data entry and maintenance for new hires in systems/spreadsheets;
Interface with internal and external clients;
Assist in the control of documents and certifications of crew members.

Requirements

Studying higher education in Administration or Production Engineering (from the 3rd semester)
No experience required for this position;
Intermediate English
Advanced Office Package;
Good ability to work in a team, commitment, work under pressure, and with defined deadlines.
