The Regional Labor Court of the 12th Region (TRT SC) has made public the notice for the highly anticipated public competition aimed at forming a reserve register for the server staff. The opportunities are for various positions and specialties, and the competition offers attractive starting salaries, which can reach up to R$15,128.
Opportunities for Analysts and Judicial Technicians
Candidates with a degree in Law can apply for the judicial analyst positions in the Judicial area, while for the specialty of justice officer, legal training is also required. In addition to these options, there are opportunities in the Administrative area, which requires graduation in any field, and for the areas of Accounting, Occupational Medicine, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Information Technology (IT).
The positions of judicial technicians, in turn, require a complete higher education in any field, as established by Law 14.456/2022.

Specific Requirements for Some Positions
Some specialties have additional specific requirements. For the position of administrative technician, having a higher education is sufficient. However, for the specialty of judicial police officer, in addition to a higher degree, it is necessary to have a National Driver’s License (CNH) in category “B”.
For the IT area, it will be essential to have a university degree and have completed a Programming course with a minimum workload of 120 hours or a technical course in the field of Computer Science.
Attractive Salaries
The starting salary for analyst positions is R$13,202.62, with the value for the federal appraiser justice officer specialty reaching R$15,128.
Judicial technicians will have initial salaries of R$8,046.85, except for those working in the specialty of judicial police officer, who will have a salary of R$9,220.35.
Registrations and Fees
Registrations for the TRT SC competition will start at 10 AM on July 31 and will be available on the website of the Carlos Chagas Foundation (FCC), the organizing body of the competition. Interested parties have until 2 PM on August 28 to register.
The registration fee is R$90 for the judicial technician position and R$110 for the analyst position. It is important to emphasize that candidates may register for the exams of different positions.
Candidates registered in the Single Register for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico) and members of low-income families or bone marrow donors may request a fee exemption between July 31 and August 4 through the organizing body’s website.
Schedule of the TRT SC Competition Exams
The TRT SC competition provides for conducting exams on October 22 in ten cities in Santa Catarina, namely: Blumenau, Chapecó, Criciúma, Florianópolis, Itajaí, Joaçaba, Joinville, Lages, Mafra, and Tubarão.
In the morning shift, exams for analyst positions will take place, covering all areas and specialties. In the afternoon, exams for the technician position will be administered.
The exams will be divided into two parts: General Knowledge and Specific Knowledge. The General Knowledge part will have 20 questions with a weight of 1, while the Specific Knowledge part will have 40 questions with a weight of 3.
Additionally, candidates vying for judicial analyst positions in the Judicial area, in the Administrative area, and in the specialty of justice officer, as well as for the judicial technician position in the Administrative area, will also undergo a discursive test (essay).
