Pessoas que estão entrelaçadas com diversas áreas costumam fazer reviravoltas assim como foi comentado devido a estarem sempre analisando o que funciona ou não em outros áreas e setores, porém é sempre necessário ter cautela para não derrapar nas curvas tentando sempre alterar o percurso das coisas. É inevitável salientar a inteligência e ousadia de Elon Musk, porém também é fato que quanto maior for a ousadia maior será a exposição em caso de erro ou fracasso. Creio que independente de quem seja que tome decisões que possam alterar todo um projeto ou mudar o ciclo natural de algum processo, precisa não apenas bater o martelo, mas sim aproveitar a situação para desenvolver a habilidade de ouvir e formar novos tomadores de decisões.
