Financial Operations Manager

Working with financial modeling, fundraising processes such as: debentures, loans, debt structuring, and relationship with financial institutions; managing cash flow control; developing planning; validating banking operation processes are among the functions of this professional.  

Senior Energy Trading Analyst:

Open and maintain commercial channels, prospect new clients and partners, manage the commercial pipeline (prepare proposals and negotiate), maintain relationships with clients and partners (onboarding and post-sales) and monitor the development of marketing strategies.

Process Analyst:

Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing changes in processes through analysis and studies with different areas of the company, supporting the planning and implementation of improvements in the company’s management system, and providing support for leadership in managing results and improvement plans are the responsibilities of this position.  

Senior IT Analyst

The responsibilities of this professional are related to supporting the IT environment structure, management to develop systems, preventive maintenance of systems, budget management, and interfacing with other areas of the company.  

Experience in project management with agile and hybrid approaches, knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python, and VBA), technical English, and leadership skills are mandatory requirements for this role. 

Pleno Communication and Marketing Analyst

Define and execute digital marketing strategies, manage and optimize paid media campaigns, monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, manage online and offline materials, and interact with external and internal suppliers will be part of this professional’s activities.

It is important for the candidate to have solid knowledge in inbound and outbound, Google Analytics and/or Ads, and analytical and project management skills.

Junior Lawyer

Acting in real estate law, focusing on land regularization, drafting contracts, analyzing registrations, regularization, and property management. Experience in the real estate and/or land sector in the energy sector will be considered a differential.

Administrative Assistant

Monitor and update the payment control of leases/rentals from owners, schedule payments, verify contract renewals and interest updates, analyze, manage, and improve reimbursement controls, and support the sales team in projects.

Marketing Intern

Assist and support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks, engage in internal marketing in partnership with the Human Resources team, help produce content for PEC Energia’s social media, identify communication opportunities for the brand, support public relations activities (PR), and assist in controlling the department’s budget are among the responsibilities of this internship position.  

Apprentice

This collaborator will assist with department routines, involving monitoring reports, preparing spreadsheets, controlling files, and other activities related to the area. It is important for the candidate to be between 15 and 21 years old, enrolled in high school, and have computer knowledge.
