About the Trainee Program:
With a duration of 18 months, the Program is structured to provide qualification, development, and career opportunities for recent graduates.
Rip uses the 70/20/10 methodology. That is: 70% of learning is acquired through daily performance in the role (“job rotation”); 20% through mentorship and follow-ups; 10% through training actions.
Objective:
The RIP Trainee Program aims to identify young individuals with high potential and values consistent with their own – to be prepared for leadership opportunities within the company.
Selection Stages:
Applications: until November 30; Online Tests (cultural fit, logic, Portuguese, general knowledge, and current events); Behavioral Profile Assessment; Individual Interviews; Interviews with Managers.
Technical competencies: Language: Intermediate English (desirable);
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed between July 2018 and July 2020; Courses: Administration, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering;
Language: Intermediate English (desirable)
