How the training of organizations works
Initially, the equatorial journey notice was structured to strengthen CSOs institutionally.
Thus, the training combines theoretical content and practical activities, in an integrated manner.
Furthermore, as highlighted by Janaína Ali, coordinator of the Equatorial Institute, the strengthening of organizations directly impacts local development.
Therefore, the Institute acts as a partner in the growth of these social initiatives.
Methodology adapted by level of experience
At the same time, the program was organized according to the maturity level of the organizations.
In this way, the training was divided into three categories:
- Beginners receive training in social project development
- Intermediate deepen their knowledge in incentive laws
- Experienced receive guidance on fundraising through incentives
Additionally, individual advisories are offered, which enhances the technical capacity of the OSCs.
Consequently, the sustainability and social impact of the initiatives are strengthened.
Online event and program schedule
In addition to registrations, the Equatorial Institute also scheduled an informative event.
Thus, an online meeting will be held on April 15, 2026, at 7 PM, Brasília time.
During the broadcast, which will take place on YouTube, details of the announcement will be presented.
Additionally, participants’ questions will be answered live.
Equatorial Institute’s role in social development
Finally, the Equatorial Institute acts as the social arm of the Equatorial Group.
In this way, the institution promotes social development in the territories where the group is present.
Moreover, the programs are structured with a focus on active listening, partnerships, and lasting impact.
Consequently, these actions contribute to the reduction of social inequalities.
At the same time, they strengthen the local leadership of the communities served.
In light of this scenario, the new edition of the announcement reinforces the role of OSCs in sustainable development — but are all of them prepared to take advantage of this opportunity?
