Protection and Control Technician
Position: Technician in Protection, Control, and Supervision Systems of Substations
Requirements: Complete High School; Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automation; Knowledge of Office Package, AutoCad, Software from relay manufacturers; Previous experience in the function in companies in the sector; Willingness to travel; Category B driver’s license;
Activities Developed: Analyze the technical solutions of the Protection, Control, and Supervision Systems (SPCS) applied in Substations; Analyze basic projects and executive projects; Support commissioning supervisors in acceptance testing activities in the factory (TAF), field acceptance testing (TAC), and energization of projects; Specification of technical solutions for SPCS; Monitoring commissioning activities in the field and testing activities in the factory (TAF) at our approved suppliers’ factories; Define the best technical SPCS solutions applied to energy substation projects.
Work Location: In any location in the national territory where the company’s projects and works are executed. Construction site.
