The State Government has opened a selection process aimed at professionals with high school education, seeking to fill the position of administrative assistant. The positions are available in various cities across the State, covering a wide geographical area that allows candidates from different regions to participate in the process.

The approved and called candidates will be hired under the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), which means there will be no guarantee of job stability.

However, this type of hiring allows for flexibility and a wider scope of operation within the state agencies and departments.

The execution of services is the responsibility of Minas Gerais Administração e Serviços S.A. (MGS), a company that, despite its name, was hired by the Espírito Santo government to provide outsourced services. The selection process is governed by the announcement MGS/ES N° 01/2025, published on January 31, 2025, which details all stages and requirements of the selection.

Structure and Content of the Exam

The selection will include a multiple-choice objective exam, which has an eliminatory and classificatory character. The evaluation will be structured in three main subjects:

To be considered approved, the candidate must score at least 20 points in total on the exam, ensuring a minimum of correct answers in each subject, which reinforces the importance of comprehensive preparation.

The final result of the selection will be available on the websites of the IBFC and MGS, providing transparency and easy access for candidates.

After the announcement, the approved candidates will be called according to the needs of the State, to work in various areas, contributing to the efficiency and functioning of state agencies and departments.
