Volkswagen Selection Process Offers Positions for Recent Graduates

The opportunities are available for work in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, and applications can be submitted online. The newest trainee program from Volkswagen Trucks and Buses is specifically aimed at recent graduates who identify as Black.

With a duration of 15 months, this program offers a golden opportunity for those looking to develop in areas such as Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing. And there’s more: the selected candidates will also have the chance to live an international experience, enhancing personal and professional development.

Positions Are In-Person at Volkswagen

The positions are in-person, located in São Paulo/SP, Vinhedo/SP, and Resende/RJ. To apply for the Volkswagen selection process, it is required to have completed a higher education degree between December 2018 and December 2022, with a preference for degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, and related fields. Additionally, fluency in English is essential.
