The Brazilian Army is looking for new talents and has just launched a simplified selection process, aimed at Brazilians up to 40 years old with completed elementary education.

The positions are for the Voluntary Military Service with remuneration in the role of Temporary Corporal, and registrations are free, open until July 15, 2024, through the website of the 5th Military Region (5th RM).

Requirements for Participation

To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Be a natural-born or naturalized Brazilian citizen.
Be at least 19 years old by December 31, 2024.
Be a maximum of 40 years old on the date of incorporation, according to item I of § 1° of art. 27 of Law 4.375/64 (Military Service Law), added by Law 13.954/19.
Be in compliance with Military Service (for male candidates) and Electoral Justice.

Steps of the Selection Process

The selection process consists of several stages aimed at ensuring the qualifications of the candidates:

Curriculum Analysis.
Practical Test, specifically for candidates in the Road Machine Operator area.
Submission of Documentation and Proof of Qualifications.
Health Inspection (IS).
Physical Fitness Exam (EAF).
Supplementary Health Inspection.
Incorporation.

Remuneration for the Selected Candidates

Candidates incorporated into the Voluntary Military Service will be compensated according to Law 13.954/19, with an approximate gross remuneration of R$ 3,100.00.
