Unique Opportunity for Those Seeking Free Technical Qualification with Total Flexibility. IFSP Opens Enrollment for Distance Learning Courses in 2025, with Limited Spots in Strategic Market Areas and Fully Online Classes.
The Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) opened more than 2,000 free spots for technical courses in distance learning (EaD), as per Public Notice No. 86/2025, published in early April.
Enrollment is now open and will continue until May 4, 2025, offering an excellent opportunity for high school students and graduates looking to enhance their professional qualifications at no cost.
With the advancement of digital education platforms, IFSP invests in remote learning as an essential tool to democratize access to quality technical knowledge, especially for those facing difficulties with time, commuting, or budget for investing in in-person courses.

This is a significant opportunity for anyone looking to boost their career or quickly enter the job market.
Opportunity for Different Student Profiles
IFSP has structured the courses into two distinct modalities to better meet the profiles of the candidates.
The first is the concurrent modality, aimed at students who are still in the 2nd or 3rd year of high school and wish to take the technical course simultaneously with their regular schooling.
The second modality, called subsequent, is intended for those who have already completed high school and are seeking professional training for faster insertion into the job market, whether in search of their first job or reemployment.
The flexibility of distance learning allows students to better manage their time and routine, combining studies with other daily responsibilities, such as work and family care.
This is reflected in the growing demand for this type of education, which has become a viable and efficient alternative in times of economic dynamism.
Three Courses Available in 2025
For the second semester of 2025, IFSP has made available three free technical courses that are 100% online:
- Technical in School Administration – 50 spots (Boituva Campus)
- Technical in Systems Development – 50 spots (Guarulhos Campus)
- Technical in Administration – 80 spots (Salto Campus)
All courses consist of online classes, with content accessible through IFSP’s modern teaching platform, which offers support from trained tutors and teachers.
The virtual environment has been developed to provide an interactive and effective learning experience, with access to forums, updated teaching materials, activities, and assessments.
The Technical in School Administration course is ideal for those wishing to work in the administrative area of educational institutions, dealing with document organization, public service, and school routines.
The Technical in Systems Development meets the growing demand for technology professionals, equipping students to create, maintain, and analyze software and applications.
Finally, the Technical in Administration prepares students to work in companies across various sectors, focusing on management, finance, and organizational processes.
