Anhanguera College, through Cogna Education, is offering 30 thousand spots in free open courses aimed exclusively at the black population. This initiative is part of the Movement for Racial Equity (Mover), a non-profit organization that brings together more than 50 companies, totaling over 1.3 million workers in their teams.
The aim of this movement by Anhanguera College is to expand access for the black population to opportunities in the job market, promoting more diverse and inclusive corporate environments. With these scholarships in free courses, Cogna aims to encourage professional development and create a more equitable job market where everyone has the opportunity to advance in their careers.

Who Can Enroll?
The open courses offered by Anhanguera, within this partnership with Mover, are available to individuals self-declared as black. Free registrations can be made at the official Mover website, and the offer includes areas such as Business, Technology, HR and Marketing. The registration deadline is on October 31, 2024.
Employees of companies that are part of Mover will be able to apply for postgraduate scholarships, with the goal of promoting 10 thousand black leaders in the market by 2030.
