In Rio de Janeiro, FAETEC Published Notice for New Public Exam with 209 Openings for High School and Higher Education Professionals
The Foundation for Technical School Support (FAETEC), an institution linked to the State Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (Secti) of the Government of Rio de Janeiro, has launched the notice for the public exam to fill 209 openings for positions at middle, technical, and higher levels. Last month, the institution opened registrations for more than nine thousand openings in qualification courses.
Administrative Technicians will be remunerated with salaries ranging from R$ 1,607.13 to R$ 4,554.00, and Teachers will receive salaries from R$ 1,500.00 to R$ 4,554.00. Job placements will be in the Metropolitan Regions, Noroeste Fluminense, Norte Fluminense, Baixada Litorânea, Médio Paraíba, and Centro-Sul Fluminense.

Administrative Technicians: Student Inspector, Instructor for Professional Disciplines I (Chemistry, Electrotechnics, Computer Science, and Electromechanics), Educational Counselor, Social Worker, Administrative Agent, and Educational Supervisor.
It is worth mentioning that the exam reserves 5% of the vacancies for people with disabilities, another 20% for blacks and indigenous people, and 10% for candidates with economic disadvantage.
The selection of all candidates will be made through an objective test, consisting of 35 multiple-choice questions. There will also be the following stages, according to the indicated position:
Administrative Technician: essay (dissertative-argumentative text) and title assessment,
Teacher: title test and didactic performance test.
The application of objective and written tests is scheduled for December 15, 2019, at 9 a.m., in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Itaperuna, Campos dos Goytacazes, Cabo Frio, Resende, and Três Rios.

Registration
The registration fee is R$ 148 for technical and higher-level positions, and R$ 83 for middle-level positions. Candidates who require a fee waiver must request it between October 10 and 21 on the website of the organizing institution.
Registrations can be made until November 8, on the Instituto Acesso website, the organizing body of the exam. The objective and written tests are scheduled for December 15.
