The goal of Energisa’s trainee program is to develop professionals with global knowledge, systemic vision, and critical potential to contribute to the changes and sustainable growth of the organization. The trainee’s mission will be to identify our strengths and opportunities for improvement, and present strategic solutions for the business of the electricity giant.

Furthermore, it is necessary to have mobility to operate in the concession locations of the Energisa Group.

The selection process for Energisa’s trainee program consists of three stages, with the first two conducted online and the final stage being in-person. The first stage involves applications and online tests, which will take place in August and September 2022, followed by interviews and a panel with managers in October, and finally, the executive board and final stage, which will occur in November.
Energisa’s trainee program offers a program lasting 10 months; a development track for career acceleration; job rotation; mentorship from managers; support from HR throughout the program; development of a project during the program, to be presented to senior leadership; opportunity to travel across the country; and career prospects.
