The candidate of the internship program may work in the following areas: Corporate, where they will be part of various administrative activities and projects, exploring different sectors such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Legal, among others; Manufacturing, where they will work in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Six Sigma sectors, and more; Laboratory and Toxicology sectors, for the candidate to innovate using 3M science and technology; and Business, where market analysis, data, planning, and sales take place.
The selection process for the 3M internship program in São Paulo and Amazonas will consist of five stages: Applications – which will be open until October 2, Video Interview, Online Test, Online Interview, and Admission.

To participate in the 3M internship program in São Paulo and Amazonas, it is necessary to have availability for a 30-hour weekly internship for up to 2 years and to reside in the factory regions, in addition to being enrolled in a higher education or technical course. The opportunities are for the municipalities of Sumaré, Itapetininga and Ribeirão Preto, in the State of São Paulo, and in Manaus, in the State of Amazonas.
