The natural gas power generation company, GNA – Natural Gas Açu, has opened registrations for the 2022 Internship Program. GNA is looking for university students who are driven by challenges and are interested in being part of the largest natural gas energy project in Latin America, entirely on Brazilian territory. There are several internship positions available to work at the Rio de Janeiro office and at the Port of Açu office, located in São João da Barra, the city where the company inaugurated the second largest natural gas thermoelectric plant in Brazil. The registrations for the internship program at GNA – Natural Gas Açu in Rio de Janeiro and São João da Barra will be open until November 21 of this year and can be done, directly on the company’s website.

The internship program is expected to start in January 2022 and will last approximately 24 months. Initially, the work was to be hybrid, but due to the current pandemic situation with the new coronavirus, the company is choosing to continue in a home office regime, meaning work from home.
Benefits of the Internship Program at Natural Gas Açu in Rio de Janeiro and São João da Barra
Those who are approved in the program will be entitled to a scholarship compatible with the market offer, as well as medical and dental assistance.

The selection process will be entirely online and divided between a virtual test, a presentation video interview, individual interviews with managers, and feedback.

Maísa also highlights that the selected candidates will participate in a career development program, including mentoring, job rotation, and various workshops. The most experienced professionals from each area will be chosen to mentor interns.
The main objective is to provoke insights about the development and skills of each young person. Each student will have the opportunity to explore other areas within the company and learn about the business plan in career workshops.
