Strategic Partnership And Impact On Paraná’s Infrastructure
The Restec is coordinated by the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Higher Education (Seti) in partnership with UEPG.
Inspired by medical residencies, the program aims to train specialists in the management and execution of public projects, ensuring a direct return to society through quality works.
Since its inception in 2013, Restec has trained 264 professionals, contributing to the modernization of state infrastructure.
The program has received great support from government agencies, demonstrating its relevance to public administration.
Crisis In Skilled Labor: A Challenge In Brazil
The lack of qualified professionals in the construction sector has been a growing challenge in Brazil.
According to a survey by the Brazilian Institute of Economy of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV IBRE), almost 60% of companies in the sector report difficulties in hiring specialized labor.
This shortage directly impacts the execution of public and private works, resulting in delays, increased costs, and a decrease in the quality of services.
Programs like Restec become essential to fill this gap, training new professionals ready to meet the sector’s demands.
An Important Step For The Careers Of Engineers And Architects
In addition to offering a solid start to a career, Restec allows participants to develop technical and managerial skills, enhance their competencies in urban planning and infrastructure, and expand their professional networking.
For recent graduates, participating in the program can represent a significant competitive edge in the job market, increasing their chances of hiring in private sector companies or even in future opportunities in the public sector.
How To Apply?
Those interested should visit the official program website and follow the instructions in the announcement.
It is essential that candidates pay attention to deadlines and requirements to ensure participation. Applications can be made until February 27, 2025.

Esse é o grande problema desse país. O governo promove um projeto que dá ao profissional formado que tem na legislação um teto mínimo de 9x o valor do salário mínimo, e dá esse valor “piada” que só desvaloriza o profissional. Que droga.
