The Industry Presents Innovations for the Meat Sector, Solidifying Its Presence in the Food Market.
Starrett, recognized for its precise solutions for the food industry, had a prominent presence at Mercoagro – the International Fair of Business, Processing, and Meat Industrialization, in Chapecó (SC). The fair, held from September 12 to 15, became the ideal stage for the company to showcase its expertise, particularly with the launch of the Skinner and Slicer blade lines.
Revolutionary Blades for a Growing Market
According to Leandro Cruz, LATAM commercial director, Mercoagro is the perfect setting to display the power of the food processing industry. He highlighted the uniqueness of Starrett’s Skinner and Slicer blades, especially as they are locally manufactured, ensuring an unmatched standard of service and safety for its clients’ processes.
The Skinner blades are designed for meticulous tasks such as removing meat membranes, skinning fish, and other related activities. On the other hand, the Slicer is Starrett’s response to the high demand from the food industry, available in various sizes for a perfect fit.
