Influencer Stopped by Police While Riding a Honda CG with the Face of a Fiat Uno. The Customized Motorcycle Caught Attention for Its Steering Wheel, Seat, and Sound System.
A Uniquely Customized Motorcycle was seized by the Highway Police last Thursday (10) on the Bandeirantes Highway (SP-348) in São Paulo. The vehicle, a Honda CG modified to look like a Fiat Uno, drew the attention of the officers due to its unusual appearance.
The stop occurred at km 84, heading south, resulting in eight fines, despite the driver having valid documentation.
The person responsible for the transformation is digital influencer Thiago Henrique (@marrom_mz), a resident of Sumaré (SP).

Renault Kwid bids farewell to Brazil: the model that was once the cheapest in the country lost ground after selling only 217 units in 2026, is removed from the brand’s website, and ends the trajectory of Renault’s electric compact in the Brazilian market.
He was riding the so-called “CG Uno” on his way south when he was stopped. He shared the moment of the seizure on social media, which quickly went viral.
CG Uno: When Creativity Meets Nostalgia
The Honda CG with the face of a Fiat Uno earned this nickname precisely because of the unusual adaptations made by Thiago.
The motorcycle features a car steering wheel instead of handlebars, sourced directly from a Fiat Uno. The seat was replaced with an original Uno seat, including a safety belt.
Additionally, the bike is equipped with automotive mirrors, originally from models of the Swedish brand Scania, which were changed over time.
The CG Uno project began gradually in 2024. Thiago started the modifications by replacing the mirrors, then added the steering wheel – which went through several versions before settling on the Uno model.
Slowly, other details followed: a tablet mounted to the dashboard, a sound system playing music during rides, and finally, the automotive seat, which became the symbol of the motorcycle.
Cool, but Out of Standard
Despite all the creativity, the Honda CG with the face of a Fiat Uno did not go unnoticed by traffic legislation.
Even though he was licensed and had his documentation in order, Thiago received eight citations for structural modifications to the vehicle.
According to him, other patrol cars had stopped him before, but this time, the encounter led to the motorcycle’s seizure, which was taken to the impound lot. He is now waiting for the legal procedures to recover the vehicle.
Public Reactions and Social Media Impact
Thiago’s post about the seizure garnered thousands of views and comments. Many internet users praised the influencer’s creativity, while others questioned the risks of customization.
“Did you get a fine for a car or a motorcycle?”, commented a follower on Thiago’s post.
The “CG Uno” became a symbol of creativity and went viral like few vehicles in Brazil. At the same time, it serves as a warning for those considering modifying motorcycles beyond what is permitted.
Updates
After being seized by the police, the Honda CG with the face of a Fiat Uno is back with its owner.
Thiago Henrique, the owner of the motorcycle, announced on his social media that he had to pay a total of R$ 974.18 to retrieve the motorcycle from the police impound.
