Honda Registration and Selection Process
Interested parties must complete the registration process by February 21. After registration, candidates will receive an email with a link to take an online test.
This assessment will cover topics in Portuguese, mathematics, current events, natural sciences and will include a written essay.
The test is designed to evaluate not only the candidates’ academic knowledge but also their analytical skills and written expression.
The selection process consists of three stages: the online test, followed by group dynamics supervised by a specialized psychologist, and finally, an individual interview.
These stages are designed to identify not only the technical knowledge of the candidates but also their social and emotional skills, essential for success in the work environment.
