INSS announced that selected beneficiaries will receive advance payments before Christmas
Retirees, pensioners and INSS (National Social Security Institute) beneficiaries will begin receiving their December payments this Friday (20).
Those who earn up to the minimum wage (R$1.412) will have the amounts deposited by January 8th. Those who earn more than this amount must wait until begining next year, with payments made from January 2 to 8.
How do payment dates work?
The calendar is defined by the final number of the benefit card, disregarding the verification digit. This month marks the last priority payment for beneficiaries affected by the rains in Rio Grande do Sul, with deposits on the first day of the schedule.

How do I check my benefit statement?
Beneficiaries can access the statement directly through the Meu INSS website or app. On the portal, you must log in and click on the “Payment Statement” service. The platform displays all the details about the payments.
Those who prefer telephone service can call Central 135. During the call, you must provide your CPF and confirm your registration details. The service operates from Monday to Saturday, from 7 am to 22 pm.
These tools were developed to ensure greater accessibility and security for beneficiaries, reducing queues at agencies and the risk of fraud.
Unfortunately, the lump sum payment for Rio Grande do Sul was not made in advance this December.
