Free Graduate Courses at the Federal Institute of São Paulo! No Tuition Fees, Enrollment or Application Fees.
The Federal Institute of São Paulo, Bragança Paulista Campus, announced an announcement opening applications for two Lato Sensu graduate courses. The free courses are offered without application fees, enrollment or tuition for the selection processes, accessible to all interested students.
For the second semester of 2024, the Federal Institute of São Paulo, Bragança Paulista Campus, will offer 25 slots in the Specialization Course in Teaching Mathematics for Early Years of Elementary Education, with a workload of 430 hours. Additionally, 20 slots will be available for the Specialization in Strategic Management of Information Technology, which has a duration of 420 hours. Both courses offer opportunities for general competition as well as affirmative actions.
The free courses mentioned in the announcement will be taught in person, with classes scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 7 PM to 10:35 PM. Activities will take place at the Bragança Paulista Campus, located at Av. Major Fernando Valle, no. 2013, in the São Miguel neighborhood.

Specialization in Teaching Mathematics for Early Years of Elementary Education
The main objective of the Lato Sensu Specialization in Teaching Mathematics for Early Years of Elementary Education is to promote the professional development of teachers. Through investigation and reflection on mathematics in the early school years, the course seeks to articulate theory and practice, leading to effective educational praxis.
Graduates of higher education programs, especially those with degrees in Pedagogy or Mathematics, are eligible to apply for this course.
The applications for the course are open until May 12, 2024, and must be completed entirely online. The selection process includes two qualifying stages: curriculum analysis and a letter of intent. For more information and to register, visit the page here.
Specialization in Strategic Management of Information Technology
The Lato Sensu Specialization in Strategic Management of Information Technology aims to update and equip students in project management, decision-making, and the development of innovative strategies. The course also focuses on adapting to new economic, technological, and social scenarios. Furthermore, it seeks to train managers who are competent from an ethical and technical standpoint, with a proactive, dynamic, and critical profile, capable of managing Information Technology projects.
Candidates eligible to enroll in this course are those graduated in higher education programs in the areas of Management and Business, Information and Communication, Control and Industrial Processes, as well as postgraduates in the field of Information Technology.
Applications for the course will occur entirely online, starting from March 18, 2024, and ending on May 24, 2024. The selection process will be conducted through curriculum analysis. For more information and to register, access the page here.
