The Federal Institute of Mato Grosso do Sul (IFMS) is pleased to announce the opening of registrations for 1,348 spots in free technical courses subsequent to high school, in the Distance Learning (EAD) modality. This is a unique opportunity for students who want to enhance their technical and professional skills without the need to attend in-person classes. Don’t waste time, secure your spot now!

If you have completed high school or are about to complete it by the enrollment date, which is scheduled for January 2024, this is your chance to take an important step towards improving your professional skills. Registrations for these free technical online courses are open until November 26, 2023.

The Flexibility of Distance Learning (EAD)

One of the main advantages of the free technical online courses at IFMS is the flexibility they offer to students. Most of the learning occurs in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVEA), allowing students to access study materials and participate in discussions and activities at any time and from anywhere. In addition, students will have the opportunity to participate in an in-person meeting once a week in their municipality of choice, making the learning process even more accessible.

Fair and Transparent Selection Process

The selection process for these free technical online courses at IFMS is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Registered candidates will be selected and ranked through an electronic lottery, which will take place on December 8. Each candidate will receive a participation number for the lottery, and the ranking will be determined according to the order of the drawn numbers.

The preliminary lottery results, with the ranking of all registered candidates, will be published on December 12. The final ranking of the selection process and the first call are scheduled for January 9, 2024. Enrollments for the first call must be made between January 10 and 19.
