The Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR) announced the opening of the selection process for free technical courses subsequent to high school in the online (EAD) modality. The slots are offered through Public Notice 173/2024 and distributed across various centers in the state. The online technical courses (EAD) are aimed at professional training at the technical level, allowing students to obtain a qualification recognized in the market. The programs are 80% online and 20% in-person or synchronous, using the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA/IFPR). The workload varies from 800 to 1,230 hours, depending on the course, and activities include classes, forums, seminars, and assessments.

The Federal Institute-IFPR offers slots in different centers spread throughout the state, allowing candidates from various regions to participate.
