What Job Openings Are Available at MODEC? 

Naval Integrity Engineer

Requirements by MODEC: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering or Naval Architecture, as well as registration with CREA, which is a mandatory requirement.

Candidates with other degrees may be considered if they present relevant experience in hull or structural integrity.

A postgraduate degree or specialization in Ocean Engineering or Marine Structures is desirable.

Job Location: Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro. 

Process Safety and Reliability Engineer

Requirements by MODEC: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a postgraduate degree in Engineering or an MBA being a differentiator.

Registration with CREA is mandatory. Candidates must have at least an intermediate level of English, with fluent English considered a differentiator; advanced proficiency in Portuguese is also essential.

Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite is necessary, and basic knowledge of CMMS, preferably SAP, is seen as a differentiator.

Job Location: Santos, São Paulo.

Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Requirements by MODEC: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Statistics, Psychology, or Economics.

A solid experience in the Compensation and Benefits area is expected, and prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector, both Offshore and Onshore, is considered a differentiator.

Additionally, candidates must have project management knowledge and present advanced English proficiency, as the position involves constant exposure to the language.

Job Location: Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro.

Boiler and Utilities Operator

Requirements by MODEC: Complete technical training and/or be Marine Engineers.

Moreover, prior experience in the position is required, demonstrating specific knowledge and skills related to the role.
