Federal Institute of Alagoas Opens Applications for Substitute Teacher in Agroindustry; Applications from September 9 to 16.
The Federal Institute of Alagoas (IFAL) announced the opening of a new simplified selection process for hiring a Substitute Teacher for Basic, Technical, and Technological Education. The announcement no. 147/2024 was recently published and aims to fill one position in the Agroindustry subject, in addition to forming a reserve list. The Batalha campus will be the workplace of the selected professional.

It is important to note that applications are free of charge. The selection of candidates will be conducted in two stages: a title evaluation and a didactic performance test.
The didactic performance test is scheduled for October 4, 2024. On the previous date, October 2, the drawing of the theme and the order of presentation for the test will take place and will be announced on the same application website.
The validity of the selection process is six months from the publication of the homologation announcement in the Official Gazette of the Union.
Requirements and Benefits of the Position
The available position is for the Agroindustry subject. Candidates must hold a degree in one of the following areas: food, food engineering, dairy products, or agroindustry.
The workload will be 40 hours per week and the monthly salary will be R$ 3,412.63.
In addition to the salary, the selected professional will be entitled to additional benefits, such as a food allowance of R$ 1,000.00, transportation assistance, and pre-school assistance for dependents under six years old.
The initial contract with the Federal Institute will be for 12 months, which may be extended for another 12 months, totaling up to two years, according to the administration’s needs.
