WEG, a global company in electromechanical equipment, which mainly operates in the capital goods sector with solutions in electric machines, automation, and paints, is conducting a new hiring process for job vacancies for professionals in various fields and education levels. About the Company

According to Assembly Operator Andressa Correa, working at WEG has always been a goal. In 2017, she participated in a hiring process and, due to having incomplete elementary education, was unable to secure the opportunity.

Therefore, she returned to studying and in 2020, with her high school diploma, became an employee. She started as a machine assistant, then began operating them, and continues to study to eventually take on the distribution of the area.

WEG offers many benefits to its employees, and profit sharing is a benefit that distributes the company’s results, generating more social equality among people. Andressa states that being in the company every day makes her life and her family’s life worthwhile.
