L’Oréal Brazil announced on Friday (17th) the opening of registrations for its 2022 Trainee Program. The positions are aimed at professionals from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo in the areas of Marketing, Research and Innovation, Sales, Finance, Digital, and Human Resources. The company’s goal is the plurality of beauty for the formation of leaders. Therefore, half of the positions for the selection process focus on Black individuals.
Requirements to Participate in the Trainee Program
To participate in the selection process, applicants must have graduated between July 2020 and July 2022 in undergraduate, degree, or technology courses. In addition to the required education, candidates residing in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo must be available to work in other states.
