According to the announcement nº 37/2024, 32 spots are being offered for the Professional Master’s Degree in IT, distributed among three strategic research lines.

The Federal Institute offers 445 spots in free technical courses in Building Construction, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Chemistry, Mechanics, and Telecommunications; to become an IFCE student, register by May 24th.

Take a 100% online and free Nursing course at the Federal University: UFPB calls 5 thousand technicians for specializations with up to 300 hours, training in emergency, surgical center, and neonatal ICU, in addition to a certificate recognized by SUS.

Take a 100% free distance learning course at USP: the university opens 10,000 spots with a free certificate in training on AI, data-driven marketing, CAC, ROI, and automation, with live online classes for all of Brazil in May 2026.
Candidates can choose between Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (CDI), with 11 spots; Management and Development of Systems (GDS), with 13 spots; or Networks and Distributed Systems (RSD), which offers 8 spots.
The Postgraduate Program in Information Technology (PPGTI) at the João Pessoa campus conducts the course, and the number of spots may be increased depending on the program’s capacity.
The application period starts on October 16, 2024 and goes until November 18, 2024, giving candidates just over a month to secure their participation.
According to the announcement, applications must be made exclusively online, through the application system available on the official selection process website.
Who Can Participate?
According to the IFPB, to apply, candidates must present a recognized undergraduate degree from MEC in the field of Information Technology (IT) or related areas.
Additionally, it is required that the applicant has a postgraduate degree, either lato or stricto sensu, also in IT.
