Mobi-Rio, the Municipal Collective Transport Company of Rio de Janeiro-RJ, has announced public notice No. 35/2023, opening applications for a new selection process. The opportunities aim to fill 44 job openings in 11 different positions requiring higher education, secondary education, and basic education, with applications available exclusively online until November 16, 2023.

Salaries and Benefits
The offered salaries range from R$ 1,938.15 to R$ 6,664.70, with working hours of up to 220 hours per month.

What Are the Stages of the Selection Process?
The selection process will consist of a resume analysis, where academic qualifications, experience in the role, and specific experience in bus companies will be considered.
The scoring will follow criteria such as 10 points for each year of proven experience in the role and 5 points for each year of proven experience specifically in bus companies.
In addition to the resume analysis, the process will include a theoretical knowledge test for the positions of Mechanical Supervisor and Infrastructure Supervisor.
Another stage of this selection process includes practical tests for the positions of Mechanic, Alignment Mechanic, Valet Mechanic, Emergency Mechanic, Refrigeration Mechanic, Suspension Mechanic, and Vehicle Electrician.
These tests are scheduled to take place between December 5 and 7, 2023.
It is worth noting that the selection process will be valid for one year, with the possibility of extension for an equal period.
The call for approved candidates may occur in cases of resignation by classified candidates.
