Initiative Provides Free Qualification Focused on Employability in the Technology Sector for University Students and Beginners

T-Systems Brazil, a subsidiary of the German multinational Deutsche Telekom, is offering a great opportunity for those who wish to enter or advance in the information technology career. Through the T-Academy educational program, 5,000 free accesses to online courses focused on AMS (Application Management Services) and SAP, both with a high employability rate in the IT market, are being made available. This initiative is conducted by Ready, the corporate education hub of ProWay, based in Blumenau (SC), and its main goal is to promote excellent technical training focused on hiring new talents.

Free and Accessible Training with Certification at Each Completed Stage

Scheduled to start between June and July 2025, the T-Academy program offers two training formats. First, there are the EAD Learning Paths. These paths are aimed at anyone interested in starting a professional journey in technology, with no specific prerequisites, meaning that even those who are not yet enrolled in a degree in the field can participate. Each online module offers specific content about AMS and SAP, and for each completed stage, the participant receives a certification. This model of remote and self-explanatory learning promotes student autonomy and allows the learning process to fit into the routines of different profiles.

Intensive Live Bootcamps Focused on Talent Hiring

In addition to the EAD paths, the T-Academy has also launched the selection process for two bootcamps focused on in-depth training. The program allocates spots to higher education students enrolled in courses related to information technology. The organization offers two bootcamps, structured as follows. The AMS Bootcamp will have 272 class hours and take place in person in the city of Blumenau. The institution will conduct the SAP Bootcamp with 300 class hours in a remotely accessible format nationwide. To participate, candidates must have at least a B1 level of English (intermediate) and availability to attend live classes. Additionally, candidates must go through a selection process that includes filling out a detailed form, technical test, behavioral test, interview, and group dynamics.

Real Market Insertion Opportunities Through Internships at the Multinational

One of the main attractions of the T-Academy is the possibility of hiring at the end of the training process. T-Systems may hire as interns the candidates who are approved in the bootcamps and stand out during the training. The company has units in Brazil and serves large national and international clients. It offers corporate solutions based on technology for different sectors. Thus, the program not only provides free qualification but also serves as a true gateway to the job market, especially in one of the most promising sectors of the global economy.

Registration and Selection Process is Now Open and Takes Place Online

The organization has already opened registrations for the T-Academy. Candidates must register exclusively through the Ready platform, available on the organization’s website. The program team will conduct the entire selection process virtually. This format facilitates the participation of candidates from all regions of Brazil. The candidate needs to correctly complete all stages of the registration.
Furthermore, they must prepare well for the technical and behavioral tests. These criteria are essential to guarantee participation in the classes that will start between June and July 2025. According to the program’s organization, the goal is to democratize access to quality technological education and increase the employability chances of new professionals.

Education as a Bridge to the Technological Future and Professional Inclusion

The T-Academy is, therefore, establishing itself as a model of educational inclusion in the corporate sector, connecting young talents to real growth opportunities. In addition, by eliminating financial barriers and ensuring cutting-edge content, the program provides equitable access to qualified training. Thus, with live guidance and constant support, T-Systems proves that it is possible to combine technical training with effective professional insertion. With the demand for qualified professionals growing rapidly in Brazil and worldwide, especially in areas like AMS and SAP, initiatives like this are essential to prepare the new generation of specialists who will drive the digital transformation of companies. Therefore, those seeking professional development, free qualification, and real hiring possibilities find in the T-Academy one of the most comprehensive gateways to the corporate technology universe.
