The work schedule model adopted by the company includes:
- Three consecutive workdays
- 12-hour shifts
- Two consecutive days off
The multinational also accelerated the hiring process due to the proximity of Amazon Prime Day, a promotional event scheduled for July 15 and 16. A significant increase in order volume is expected during this period.
